Air Freight Module
The PCMS Air Freight module complies with industry standard workflow; from Enquiry, Quotation, Job Card, Invoicing to Job Closing. Innovative AWB creation process helps user to create and print the document as per Shipper's requirement. The AWB generation process is strictly controlled by having Shipper's approval before printing original AWB. Each AWB document can be easily tracked for auditing and security purposes.
The software fully supports multi-currency and multi branch Enterprise operations. It helps in handling various cargos types including group and consolidation. MIS reports including Job Summary, Job Order, Invoice Register etc provides extensive insight of all expenses incurred for a particular consignment and profitability can be viewed online per job or category with click of a button. Build in audit controls ensure that all transactions are correctly handled including pieces, weights, automated KG & CBM comparison entailing easier chargeable weight calculations.
The PCMS Job Status dashboard provides an extremely powerful and innovative Management interface to monitor and analyze the progress of all jobs in the system. Sea Freight Module
The PCMS Sea Freight module facilitates tracking a consignment all the way from departure to arrival port. Its innovative HBL creation process helps the user to generate printout on pre printed stationery with text line break option and customized data entry as per Shipper’s requirement. The HBL approval functionality assists in getting Shipper's approval before printing original HBL which could be further controlled by various built in checks.
The MIS reports i.e. Job Summary, Job Order, Invoice Register etc provides single view information of various tasks performed for a consignment, allows financial comparison insight to take informed decisions. It provides extensive insight of all expenses incurred for a particular consignment and profitability can be viewed online per job or category with click of a button.

Land Freight Module
Besides managing Air & Sea freight operations, the PCMS also provides an extensive module for Land freight operations. The Land freight is generally used for point-to-point freight forwarding jobs with in the country and sometimes across the border for Consolidated Consignments. This module offers unique hierarchy of consolidated documentation, Invoices and tracking for various consignee and delivery destinations.
The pertinent information required for a job is captured in the primary screen of the module and is available through out the application with just a click of mouse thus saving data input and entailing in minimizing user errors.
Based on enquiries a quotation can be generated with buying cost estimation and quotable price. A detailed screen is provided for quotation generation. When a quotation is approved the same information is automatically called into job card for seamless workflow management. System also captures information about Driver, Vehicle details and Transportation Company engaged for the particular job. The software leads the user through different operations of Land freight job systematically; from Enquiry, Quotation, Job Card, Truck way Bill, Driver Agreement and Delivery Order.
