This module supplements exclusive handling of "Clearing & Forwarding" jobs. A single Job window for Air, Sea and Land streamlines the data entry process. The Cargo Arrival notification with Invoice indication could be dispatched by email to recipient which improves communication and establishes strong relationship with customers. The financial report provides comprehensive assistance for financial analysis and profitability with respect to Air, Sea and Land Clearance, help taking appropriate decisions for business improvement in these segments with sense of ease.
Multi Modal
The Imports and Exports are two main activities of Cargo business. Primarily the two modes of transportation for both these activities are Airways and Sea lines. Land transportation is the Secondary mode of transportation. Combination of these three modes of transportation for one job is referred to as Multi-Modal shipments.
This module handles all types of sub categories including Console jobs.
It provides a user-friendly interface to input complete information about multiple modes of transportation with product details and sequence of modes beginning right from the origin of shipment to the destination. In a single screen user can view the information about the First, Second & Third modes of transportation details i.e. each mode's Carrier Name, Air Line Name, Transportation Company, Origin & Destination, ETD/ETA, MAWB & House Bill etc.
Since multiple modes are involved in this kind of shipment, it becomes imperative to cover all expenses incurred by them and raise an invoice for customer.
Multi-Modal module facilitates this task by providing single screen for data input and retrieving the existing information of "Quoted Price, Actual Expenses Incurred and Billable Amount". It avoids tedious & repetitive task of creating separate jobs for each mode, going through multiple screens and inputting the same data and at the end compiling the multiple jobs to arrive at a final figure for raising customer invoice.
